Cheesy Veal Chop & Zucchini Casserole

• 4 cups frozen bite-size roasted potatoes
• 1 large onion, chopped Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09
• 1 large zucchini, halved, sliced
• 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
• 4 boneless veal chops (1 lb.)
• 1 pkt. (1/2 of 5.5 oz. pkg.) SHAKE 'N BAKE Italian Seasoned Coating Mix
• 1/4 cup CLASSICO FAMILY FAVORITES Traditional Pasta Sauce
• 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1. Heat oven to 400F.
2. Combine first 3 ingredients in 13x9-inch baking dish; drizzle with dressing.
3. Coat veal chops with coating mix; place over vegetable mixture.
4. Bake 40 to 45 min.
5. or until chops are done (170 degrees F).
6. Top with sauce and cheese; bake 5 min.
