Banana Custard Tarts

  1. Make the tar dough, and let it rest.
  2. Divide the dough into bite-sized portions, and press into small tarts or muffin tins.
  3. Bake in an 200C oven for 8 minutes.
  4. Pour in the custard creamand top with sliced bananas.
  5. You can drizzle chocolate or caramel sauce on top if you like, and bake for 10 minutes in a 200C oven.
