Banana Custard Tarts
- 1 Tart base
- 1 Custard cream (half quantity)
- Make the tar dough, and let it rest.
- Divide the dough into bite-sized portions, and press into small tarts or muffin tins.
- Bake in an 200C oven for 8 minutes.
- Pour in the custard creamand top with sliced bananas.
- You can drizzle chocolate or caramel sauce on top if you like, and bake for 10 minutes in a 200C oven.
