Patriotic Floating Fruit Parfaits

  1. Divide strawberries among 6 parfait or dessert glasses.
  2. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  3. Add cold water and ice cubes; stir until ice is completely melted.
  4. Divide 3/4 cup of the gelatin over strawberries in each glass.
  5. Refrigerate 20 minutes or until gelatin is set but not firm.
  6. Add 1 cup of the whipped topping to remaining gelatin; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
  7. Spoon evenly over gelatin in glasses.
  8. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  9. Top each parfait with 1 Tbsp.
  10. of the remaining whipped topping.
  11. Garnish with blueberries, if desired.
