Pecan Pumpkin Pie Recipe
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. pumpkin
- 1/3 c. white sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 2/3 c. dark corn syrup, lite
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. pecan halves
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- Stir together 1 slightly beaten egg, 1/3 c. sugar, pumpkin and spice.
- Spread over bottom of shell.
- Combine 2 beaten Large eggs, corn syrup, 1/2 c. sugar, butter, vanilla.
- Stir in nuts.
- Spoon over pumpkin mix.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min or possibly till filling is set.
- Makes 1 (9 inch) pie.
