Jack Rose Cocktail

• 2 ounces Laird's Bonded Applejack
• 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
• 3/4 ounce grenadine

1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin and add ice.
2. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
