French Onion Soup

  1. Wash off onions and Cut into 1/2 - 1 inch squares.
  2. Sautee onions in sauce pan on medium low heat.
  3. Add in Salt and Pepper.
  4. Combine beef/chicken broth into pan with onions.
  5. Put on medium heat for 15 minutes and add Marsala wine.
  6. Reduce heat to medium low.
  7. Meanwhile preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  8. Place biscuits on a greased backing sheet and place in oven for 8-10 Minutes.
  9. When Biscuits are done remove from oven and set on cooling rack.
  10. Get small oven safe 6-8 ounce soup bowl and pour broth and onions halfway up.
  11. Cut biscuits into 4 pieces and place on top of onions and broth.
  12. Cut half centimeter slice of mozzarella cheese and place over biscuit.
  13. Sprinkle a pinch of parsley over top cheese and place in oven on 250 degrees Fahrenheit until cheese is melted and slightly golden brown for about 5-10 minutes.
  14. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes then serve.
  15. Enjoy!
