Grand Marnier Grilled Oranges

  1. Preheat grill or barbecue to medium-high
  2. Place orange slices in a shallow dish.
  3. Cover with Grand Marnier.
  4. Turn slices over once or twice.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap.
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  7. Grill orange slices, brushing carefully with reserved marinade, for 2 to 4 minutes per side or until caramelized.
  8. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
