Tomato-Walnut Casserole with Stuffing

  1. Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add onions; cook 8 min.
  3. or until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
  4. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min.
  5. Stir in tomatoes.
  6. Bring to boil; simmer on medium heat 20 min.
  7. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
  8. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare stuffing as directed on package, reducing water to 1 cup.
  9. Stir in nuts.
  10. Spoon tomato mixture into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with stuffing mixture.
  11. Bake 25 to 30 min.
  12. or until tomato mixture is heated through and stuffing mixture is lightly browned.
