Scalloped Sweet Potatoes

  1. Slice potatoes very thin.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine potatoes, cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil, then transfer mixture to a buttered baking dish.
  4. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle top with brown sugar.
  6. Continue to bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes.
