Spaghetti al fredo
- 2 tbsp butter(salted)
- 150 ml fresh / full cream milk
- 100 ml cooking cream
- 100 grams cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsely
- 350 grams spaghetti (cooked)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp white pepper (powder or grinded)
- Melt the butter
- Add both milk and cream and add both parsley and oregano, stir in medium - high heat.
- When it starts to bubble up lower the heat
- Add the cheese.
- And stir until it dissolves.
- Add cooked spaghetti and seasoning (sugar,salt and pepper
- Turn up the heat until sauce thicken to desirable thickness.
- Serve with a drizzle of olive oil on top
