Spaghetti al fredo

  1. Melt the butter
  2. Add both milk and cream and add both parsley and oregano, stir in medium - high heat.
  3. When it starts to bubble up lower the heat
  4. Add the cheese.
  5. And stir until it dissolves.
  6. Add cooked spaghetti and seasoning (sugar,salt and pepper
  7. Turn up the heat until sauce thicken to desirable thickness.
  8. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil on top
