Capellini With Basil Recipe

  2. Combine wine and shallots in a saucepan over high heat.
  3. Reduce till wine is completely evaporated.

  5. Lower heat and add in cream.
  6. Cook till mix comes to a boil.
  7. Remove pan from heat, add in salt and pepper to taste and whisk in tomato paste.
  8. Return to heat and cook till mix comes to a boil.
  9. 3.
  10. Add in garlic and a minute later, the fresh basil.
  11. 4.
  12. Boil capellini al dente and serve immediately, covered with sauce.
