Buttermilk Ice Cream Recipe

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together buttermilk, lemon juice, corn syrup, and salt.
  4. Slowly add in chilled syrup; whisk to combine.
  5. Stir in lemon zest.
  6. Freeze in an ice-cream maker, following manufacturer's instructions.
