Fried Cabbage With a Kick

  1. Spray a large skillet with non stick spray, heat and add cabbage.
  2. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper (more if you desire).
  3. Garlic salt if you like.
  4. When cabbage begins to warm, add water and cover quickly.
  5. Stir occasionally.
  6. When cabbage is limp and water is almost gone, uncover and cook until slightly browned.
  7. Wonderful with pork chops or beans.
