Lavender Mint Fruit Salad

  1. To make simple syrup, bring sugar and water to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Add lavender and mint.
  3. Cover and steep 30 minutes.
  4. Strain and chill until needed.
  5. Keeps up to one month refrigerated.
  6. Combine fruit, lime juice, lime zest and syrup to taste.
  7. Chill two to three hours to allow flavors to meld.
