Baked Drumsticks With Chive Dip
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 13 cup butter
- 13 cup salted cracker, crushed
- 2 tablespoons onion soup mix
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 cup seedless cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 12 teaspoons fresh chives, chopped
- 12 teaspoon dill weed
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch Tabasco sauce (optional)
- heat over to 350*F.
- in a 13x9 baking pan, melt butter in oven.
- stir together first 6 ingredients (except chicken).
- dip chicken in butter, then coat with crumb mixture.
- place chicken in pan.
- bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Meanwhile: mix all dip ingredients.
- mix well.
- refrigerate for 1 hour.
