Roasted Chicken Au Jus

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. In large bowl, combine Onion Mushroom Soup Mix and oil; add chicken and toss until evenly coated.
  3. In a broiler pan, without the rack, arrange chicken.
  4. Place chicken in oven and bake, basting occasionally, 40 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  5. Remove chicken to serving platter.
  6. Add hot water to pan and stir, scraping brown bits from bottom of pan.
  7. Serve sauce over chicken.
