Kielbasa and Kraut
- 1 kielbasa, fully cooked style
- 1 pint sauerkraut (see Easy Crunchy Yummy Sauerkraut)
- 12 teaspoon fennel seed (or rye seed)
- Brown the keilbasa well and remove to a cutting board.
- Dump the sauerkraut into the pan to deglaze and warm up the kraut while you slice the kielbasa.
- Add to the kraut in your pan and stir it up.
- Serve hot with rye bread and butter and fried potatoes.
