Kielbasa and Kraut

  1. Brown the keilbasa well and remove to a cutting board.
  2. Dump the sauerkraut into the pan to deglaze and warm up the kraut while you slice the kielbasa.
  3. Add to the kraut in your pan and stir it up.
  4. Serve hot with rye bread and butter and fried potatoes.
