Onion-Basil Grilled Veggies

  1. In a large bowl combine the first 9 ingredients.
  2. Toss to coat.
  3. Place on a double thickness of heavy duty aluminum foil.
  4. Piece should be about 28"x18" big.
  5. Dot with butter.
  6. Fold foil around the veggies and seal tightly.
  7. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
  8. Turn once while grilling.
