Yummy Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven at 350F.
  2. Stir butter and sugar until evenly blended.
  3. Stir in eggs with butter and sugar mix.
  4. Add bananas to mixture until slightly fluffy.
  5. I like to put the bananas in the fridge until I'm ready to make this and then squish between my fingers to get them a little soft.
  6. Sift all purpose flour and add baking soda.
  7. Mix the above ingredients until you have almost a cake like batter but it's a little thicker.
  8. Add vanilla and Malibu Rum, I use roughly a tablespoon of the rum and mix.
  9. Bake at 350F for about an hour or until the center is cooked through.
  10. You can test this by using a toothpick, if it comes out clean with no batter then its done if not you need to continue baking :).
