Corny Taco Casserole
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 34 cup water
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup crumbled Doritos, your flavor choice
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 cup shredded American cheese
- Brown ground chuck and add taco seasoning with 3/4 c water and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Pour into a casserole dish.
- Add cream mushroom soup, corn, taco shells, garlic powder, and shredded cheeses.
- Stir to mix.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
