Chili Sauce For Hot Dogs

  1. In large skillet, on low heat, cook ground beef until browned, constantly beating meat to a very fine consistency.
  2. Add seasoned salt while cooking.
  3. Pour into strainer to drain well.
  4. Use 3 tablespoons drippings and return to skillet.
  5. Saute onion until clear and tender.
  6. Add drained beef.
  7. Toss well.
  8. Add remaining ingredients.
  9. When mixture reaches boil, lower heat to simmer for 1 hour.
  10. Quick cool by setting pan in ice before storing overnight in refrigerator.
  11. Remove solidified fat before reheating.
  12. Makes 30 servings.
