Sausage Wonton Cups

• 12 lb Italian sausage
• 3 green onions, chopped
• 16 wonton wrappers
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 cup shredded monterey jack pepper cheese

1. Brown the sausage, drain, and place into a medium size bowl.
2. Place Green Onions into another bowl and pepper jack in yet another.
3. (This is for easy prep, feel free to leave this step out.
4. ).
5. Place a Wonton wrapper in each mini cupcake cup and brush lightly with Olive Oil.
6. Place a small spoonful of sausage in each cup.
7. Sprinkle a little green onion into each cup.
8. Bake at 350 F for 6-7 minutes.
9. Sprinkle cheese on top.
10. Bake again for 3-4 minutes until cheese melts.
11. Enjoy!
