Chocolate Walnut Banana Muffins - Vegan

  1. Preheat oven to 375*F (190*C) Prepare 12- cup muffin tray with paper or light coating of coconut oil.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add the mashed banana and syrup, and oil.
  4. Stir just until all flour is absorbed.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts.
  6. Portion the batter into muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
