Christmas Fudge
- 3 pkg. (6 oz. each) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 dash salt
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- Line an 8-inch square baking pan with waxed paper or foil.
- In a heavy two-quart saucepan, combine chocolate chips, condensed milk and salt.
- Cook over low heat until chips melt.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in nuts and vanilla.
- Spread mixture evenly into lined pan.
- Refrigerate two hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares.
