Roasted Veggies

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until veggies are coated.
  3. Place in one layer in baking or roasting pan.
  4. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes, turning half way through.
  5. Enjoy immediately.
  6. Add additional seasoning if desired.
