Lentils With Ham & Rosemary (Slow Cooker)

  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker except the ham.
  2. Cook covered on high for 3 hours.
  3. Add the ham and cook for an additional 1-2 hours or until the lentils are done.
  4. Discard the bay leaf and serve.
  5. Note: You may add the ham at the beginning of cooking, but I find it tends to dry out slightly.
