Hamburgers
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 18 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 whole Chopped Red Onion
- 6 whole Hamburger Buns
- 1/2 cups Lettuce
- 6 teaspoons Mayonnaise
- 6 teaspoons Ketchup
- 1/4 whole Sliced White Onion
- 1/4 cups Sliced Dill Pickles
- In a large bowl mix together the ground beef, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt, and red onion.
- Form the mixture into 6 patties.
- Either place the patties on a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and cook until desired doneness (about 12-15 minutes total for medium wellmake sure to flip them half way through the cook time).
- Assemble hamburgers on the buns with the toppings, and serve.
