Trick-or-Treat Cheesecake

  1. Mix OREO Pieces, sugar and butter.
  2. Reserve 2/3 cup of the crumb mixture (or 2 Tbsp.
  3. for the trial recipe).
  4. Press remaining crumb mixture evenly onto bottoms of 2 full size hotel pans (or 1/3 pan for the trial recipe).
  5. Place milk and cheesecake mix in bowl of electric mixer fitted with wire whip attachment.
  6. Beat 30 seconds or until moistened.
  7. Scrape bowl.
  8. Beat on medium speed 6 to 8 minutes or until blended.
  9. Add mousse mix.
  10. Beat on high speed 6 to 8 minutes or until well blended.
  11. Fold reserved crumb mixture and chopped candy into mousse mixture.
  12. Pour about 2 quarts of the mousse mixture over each crust.
  13. Smooth tops.
  14. Refrigerate until set.
  15. Garnish each serving with candy-coated milk chocolate candies, if desired.
