Trick-or-Treat Cheesecake
- CRUST:
- 1-1/2 qt. OREO Pieces-Small
- 1 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 cups Unsalted butter, melted
- FILLING:
- 3 qt. Cold milk
- 1 bag JELL-O Brand Cheesecake Filling Mix
- 1 bag JELL-O Vanilla Whip N Chill Mousse
- 1 qt. chocolate-coated nougat and peanut candy bars, chopped
- Mix OREO Pieces, sugar and butter.
- Reserve 2/3 cup of the crumb mixture (or 2 Tbsp.
- for the trial recipe).
- Press remaining crumb mixture evenly onto bottoms of 2 full size hotel pans (or 1/3 pan for the trial recipe).
- Place milk and cheesecake mix in bowl of electric mixer fitted with wire whip attachment.
- Beat 30 seconds or until moistened.
- Scrape bowl.
- Beat on medium speed 6 to 8 minutes or until blended.
- Add mousse mix.
- Beat on high speed 6 to 8 minutes or until well blended.
- Fold reserved crumb mixture and chopped candy into mousse mixture.
- Pour about 2 quarts of the mousse mixture over each crust.
- Smooth tops.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Garnish each serving with candy-coated milk chocolate candies, if desired.
