Gina's Sausage Bread Recipe
- 2 pies frzn pizza dough
- 1 1/2 pound Italian sweet sausage
- 1 onion, minced
- Fry Italian sausage, without casing, and onion; drain.
- Roll out dough into rectangles.
- Put liquid removed sausage on dough.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Roll up lengthwise and put on lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees about 50 min or possibly golden.
