Kinako Butter Potatoes

  1. Microwave the potatoes (for about 4 minutes to 4 minutes and 20 seconds at 600W).
  2. When cooled, peel the skin, and cut into 1~1.5 cm cubes.
  3. Heat a frying pan, and add the butter.
  4. When it's melted, add the potatoes, and fry for 2 ~ 2.5 minutes over high heat while shaking the pan.
  5. Sprinkle kinako and granulated sugar.
  6. Turn off the heat when the potatoes are coated by shaking the pan.
  7. Sprinkle more kinako on top if you like.
