Kinako Butter Potatoes
- 2 medium Potatoes
- 10 grams Butter
- 3 tbsp Kinako
- 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
- Microwave the potatoes (for about 4 minutes to 4 minutes and 20 seconds at 600W).
- When cooled, peel the skin, and cut into 1~1.5 cm cubes.
- Heat a frying pan, and add the butter.
- When it's melted, add the potatoes, and fry for 2 ~ 2.5 minutes over high heat while shaking the pan.
- Sprinkle kinako and granulated sugar.
- Turn off the heat when the potatoes are coated by shaking the pan.
- Sprinkle more kinako on top if you like.
