Chilled Tofu with Spicy Toppings

  1. Finely julienne the myoga ginger, shiso leaves, and ginger.
  2. Roast the nuts and chop finely.
  3. Mix the seasoning ingredients in listed order: the cumin powder, curry powder, honey, mentsuyu and olive oil - the oil goes in last!
  4. Mix Step 1 and 2 together.
  5. Put the tofu on a serving plate, garnish with tomatoes if you like, top with the mixture from Step 3, and it's done.
