- 8 ounces, weight Pine Nut Or Your Choice Of Hummus
- 1 whole Small Vine Ripe Tomato, Diced
- 7 whole Kalamata Olives, In Brine, Diced
- 1/4 cups Diced Red Onion
- 1/4 cups Feta Cheese Crumbles
- Spread hummus evenly over a serving dish.
- In rings, add tomatoes, calamata olives, onions, and feta cheese.
- Note: you can also add diced cucumbers.
