Tomato & Beef Skillet

  1. Cook and stir meat in oil in large skillet on high heat 2 min.
  2. or until browned.
  3. Add water, rosemary, lemon peel and juice.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Stir in rice and carrots.
  6. Bring to boil; cover.
  7. Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 min.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Let stand 5 min.
  10. Top with tomatoes and cheese.
