Jell-O Mold

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add cold water and chill until slightly thickened, about 1 1/2 hours.
  3. Measure 1/3 cup and pour into any 5+ cup mold/bundt pan, sprayed with cooking spray, and chill for 5 minutes.
  4. Measure 3/4 c of gelatin and blend into 1 1/2 C of whipped topping.
  5. Spoon over bottom layer and chill for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add peaches to remaining gelatin, and carefully spoon into container.
  7. Chill 4 hours or overnight.
