Hot-Coffee Ice Cream

• 1 pt. vanilla, coffee, or chocolate ice cream
• 1 c. strong-brewed hot coffee
• Biscotti

1. Dividing evenly, scoop ice cream into four serving dishes.
2. Pour 1/4 cup coffee over the ice cream in each dish.
3. Serve immediately with biscotti, if desired.
