Ganache for fudgecake

  1. Put the chocolate on a large bowl ( if the chocolate comes on a bar, chop it into small pieces)
  2. Bring the milk cream and glucose to simmer
  3. Pour the hot liquids into the chocolate and cover, let it rest for 2 minutes then mix it until the chocolate is completely melted
