Grilled Kingklip.

  1. Preheat oven to maximum top grill
  2. Place a frying pan on high heat
  3. Mix all the spices together
  4. Season fish on both sides with the mixed spices
  5. Fry the fish in the frying pan over high heat using 100 grams garlic butter, only on one side for a minute
  6. Take an oven pan and grease the bottom with 50 grams of garlic butter
  7. Place the fried fish in the buttered oven pan with the fried side down
  8. Melt 100 grams of garlic butter and brush on the fish
  9. Top with the grated cheddar cheese
  10. Grill the fish in the oven for 12-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillets
  11. Optional: You can top the fish with one of the following:
