A-B-C Peach Crisp
- 2 cups frozen, sweetened peach slices
- 1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
- 2 cups letter-shaped sweetened oat and corn cereal with marshmallow bits
- 2 Tbsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- Mix peaches, flour and 1/2 tsp.
- of the cinnamon in a 9-inch square baking dish coated with non stick cooking spray.
- Mix cereal, margarine and remaining 1/2 tsp.
- cinnamon in small bowl.
- Spread over peach mixture.
- Bake at 350F for 30 min.
- or until hot and bubbly.
- Divide into 4 equal servings.
- Serve each snack with an 8 fl oz glass of milk.
