Bistro Cheese Burger with Caramelized Onions
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 4 Kraft Singles Swiss Cheese Slices
- 4 artisan burger buns, split
- 1 cup loosely packed baby salad greens
- Heat dressing in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add onions; simmer on medium-low heat 30 min.
- or until onions are very tender and dark golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Shape meat into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Grill 6 to 7 min.
- on each side or until done (160F), brushing with barbecue sauce for the last 5 min.
- Top burgers with Kraft Singles.
- Add buns, cut sides down, to barbecue.
- Grill 1 min.
- or until cheese is melted and buns are lightly toasted.
- Place lettuce on bottom halves of buns; top with cheeseburgers and caramelized onions.
- Cover with tops of buns.
