C.'S German Apple Cake Recipe

• 2 c. sugar
• 2 c. flour
• 2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 c. salad oil
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 4 c. minced apple, fine
• 1 c. nuts

1. Beat Large eggs and oil till foamy, add in sugar, sift all dry ingredients together (flour, cinnamon, soda, salt) add in apples and nuts.
2. Bake in 9x13 inch pan, greased at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min.
