Margarita Chipotle Chicken
- 1 bottle Alcohol Free Margarita Mix
- 4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 bottle Baja Chipotle Marinade
- 4 whole Green Chilis
- 4 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
- The night before enjoying your Margarita Chipotle Chicken Marinade your chicken in the Margarita Mix.
- This allows them a juicy lime flavor and allows them to cook with lots of juices so that they are juicy!
- Turn the grill on to warm up or the oven to 350* (whichever you prefer)
- Place the chicken on the grill/pan and slather the Baja Chipotle sauce on it.
- (You can mix a teriyaki/raspberry chipotle sauce together if you want) I like it spicy so if you like that use the Baja one!
- Grill the chicken till its done.
- Place the green chili on the chicken and then top it with the cheese.
- Allow the cheese to melt a little bit and then serve.
- Its really good with Spanish rice!
