Waikiki Chicken with Pineapple

  1. Wash and drain chicken pieces well.
  2. Mix flour with spices.
  3. Sprinkle it all over the chicken pieces.
  4. Grease a casserole and arrange portions in it.
  5. Pour syrup from pineapple tin all over the chicken pieces.
  6. Bake in a 350 degrees oven till chicken is nicely browned.
  7. If needed, dot with a little butter.
  8. Jus before serving, add pineapple rings.
  9. Spoon liquid of the pineapple over chicken twice or thrice during baking time (1 1/2 hours) If needed, turn chicken pieces over so that the chicken is a gold colour on all sides.
  10. Serve hot.
