Sweet Peppers & Crackers with Hummus
- 2 medium red peppers, stems removed, sliced
- 2 medium green peppers, stems removed, sliced

- 2 cups ATHENOS MEDITERRANEAN SPREADS Hummus
- 2 medium apples, cut in half
- 2 medium oranges, peeled, cut in half
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- Divide peppers into 4 equal portions.
- Serve peppers and 6 crackers for dipping with 1/2 cup of hummus per person.
- Complement meal with 1/2 apple and 1/2 orange per person for dessert.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of milk with the meal.
