Sweet Peppers & Crackers with Hummus

  1. Divide peppers into 4 equal portions.
  2. Serve peppers and 6 crackers for dipping with 1/2 cup of hummus per person.
  3. Complement meal with 1/2 apple and 1/2 orange per person for dessert.
  4. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of milk with the meal.
