Kimchi-jjigae

  1. add kimchi and 1/2 cup juice to pot w/ onion, green onion, hot pepper past, flakes, sugar, and pork belly(tuna)
  2. add water till everything submerged
  3. close lid and boil for 25 mins, first 10 min high, then med.
  4. add tofu and boil 5 min and add sesame oil before serving
