Kimchi-jjigae
- 1/2 lb pork belly or 1-2 can tuna
- 4 or 5 cups chopped kimchi
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp hot pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp hot pepper paste
- 1/2 onion
- 2 stalk green onion
- 1 sesame oil
- 1/2 packages tofu
- add kimchi and 1/2 cup juice to pot w/ onion, green onion, hot pepper past, flakes, sugar, and pork belly(tuna)
- add water till everything submerged
- close lid and boil for 25 mins, first 10 min high, then med.
- add tofu and boil 5 min and add sesame oil before serving
