Garlic Rice
- 6 cups cold cooked rice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 14 cup minced garlic
- 1 12 tablespoons fine salt
- Heat oil in frying pan or wok.
- Add garlic and cook over low fire until golden brown.
- Be careful not to overcook the garlic.
- Remove 1 tablespoons of garlic and put in a small bowl.
- Add rice to the wok and cook until well mixed.
- Season with salt.
- Serve hot in a plate.
- Top with browned garlic.
