Stir-Fried Pork, Lettuce and Eggplant with Miso
- 130 to 150 grams Pork
- 2 to 3 leaves Lettuce
- 2 Eggplants (small)
- 1/4 Onion
- 2 tbsp Miso
- 1/2 tbsp Mirin
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 Salt
- 1 White sesame seeds
- 1 Vegetable oil
- Remove the stem from the eggplant and make slits in the skin.
- Chop the pork, lettuce, and eggplants into bite-sized pieces.
- Julienne the onion.
- Mix together the ingredients.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Pan-fry the pork, onion, eggplant, and lettuce in this order.
- Add in the mixed seasonings and mix well.
- Season with salt, sprinkle white sesame seeds and enjoy!
