Deluxe Potatoes Au Gratin

• 2 lb. red potatoes (about 6), thinly sliced King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
• 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Pasteurized Process American Cheese, cubed
• 1/2 cup chopped onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 tsp. dry mustard
• 1/4 tsp. pepper

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 8 to 10 min.
3. or until crisp-tender; drain.
4. Place in 2-qt.
5. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
6. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
7. Cover.
8. Bake 20 to 25 min.
9. or until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted; stir gently.
