Salmon Cheese Loaf Recipe
- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon & oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. American cheese, grated
- 1 c. rolled crackers
- 1 tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1/4 sm. green pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Remove bone and skin from salmon and flake.
- Mix all ingredients and bake in greased shallow baking dish 35 min or possibly till lightly browned.
- Bake at 350 degrees.
