Potato & Onion fritters (Pakoray)

  1. A delicious recipe from Pakistan
  2. put all ingredientsin a bowl and mix with water to make a slightly thick batter.
  3. set aside for 20 minutes.
  4. heat oil in a skille.
  5. with a large spoon, scoop batter in oil and deep fry till golden red color comes on fritters.
  6. fritters are ready serve with tomato katchup
