Biscochitos Recipe

  2. Cream shortening.
  3. Add in sugar and cream well.
  4. Add in Large eggs and anise.
  5. Cream again.
  6. Add in wine.
  7. 2.
  8. Sift dry ingredients, except cinnamon/sugar.
  9. Add in to shrotening mix.
  10. 3.
  11. Roll out on floured board, thin.
  12. Cut into shapes and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mix.
  13. 4.
  14. Bake in moderate oven for 10 to 15 min.
